A Little Bit About Me...

Hello you beautiful souls,

My name is Lyndsay Robinson. I have three amazing boys and we live in the gorgeous little village of Preston St Mary.

 

I began my ‘journey’ with Reiki when I started looking inwards. I never realised how unhappy, grumpy and miserable I felt inside and to be around, until I took responsibility for my life and stopped playing the victim.

It’s not an easy task to go ‘within’ and look at how your behaviour, attitude and life’s experiences have moulded you. As well as not being an easy task it takes time, practice and a lot of patience. So without love and compassion for yourself you won’t get very far.

This is where Reiki really helped me. I loved and still love the effect that reiki had and still has on me.

I’ve had many jobs in the past; a hairdresser, dog walker, bar attender and nursery assistance. But when I started working with reiki it felt like ‘home’ there is a connection there that I feel so passionate about, that widens my heart and opens my mind and gives me a sense of purpose.

 

I believe we all have the ability to heal ourselves. We are all healers and can all be healed, if we so wish too.

 

So, I am here to help any way I can. I used reiki to help myself in a mental and emotional way but it has helped me energetically and spiritually too. It also works on a physical leve as well. You can find out more of its benefits in ‘Benefits of Reiki’
